Actualize Group are fast growing global marketing and service organisation working with leading Insurance, Telecom, Governmental and other organisations. We are looking for an ambitious and hard working Marketing Manager to be based in our Madrid Office within the marketing department in a B2B environment.
The role will involve working directly with the marketing director and various departments within Europe, Latin America and Asia. It’s essential that the marketing assistant can work independently but also within a team environment. All intradepartmental communication is strictly in English, although amongst other departments communication generally in Spanish.
Qualification and Essential Requirements
The candidate should have a degree from a reputed university in marketing, business administration or economics. Should be fluent in English and Spanish. Additional exposure to digital technology, design or masters degree will be our strong preference. We require the manager to have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in marketing and working in a similar role.
Main Role
A brief description of the role of the marketing manager is available below, although the marketing manager should be flexible and keen to take on further roles as required.
Brand Management Project managing the development of the new brand and making sure that all departments within the organisation follow the guidelines and stationary provided. Occasionally the marketing manager will be required to develop new stationary via external agencies. The entire process needs to be project managed and verified by the management.
Event Planning / Launching Planning and coordinating complete events in Madrid and Latin America. When events are organised abroad the marketing manager will work with local country managers and external agencies to deliver the event.
Planning budgets and timelines the marketing manager is required to work with marketing director to prepare a blueprint with targets, budgets and timelines for various activity for the forthcoming months.
Internal Communication / Events Work with Director of Human Resources to plan and organise internal communication and events as and when required.
Product Marketing Preparing branding, conceptualising and launching new products to our customers by working with commercial, operations and technical department.
Press Releases Occasionally develop press releases and news articles to go on the website and other news channels. Further, working with news agencies or PR organisations in regards to company related news and press opportunities.
